RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new  pieces.

If you change your mind for any reason, you can easily return items up to 15 days of delivery.  To initiate a return please write us at returns@bthebeachbrand.com. Our Customer Care Team will get in touch with you to proceed.

RETURN POLICY

  • You can return your items within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return,  your items must be in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged,  in the original packaging with labels and hygienic labels in place. For hygienic and sanitary reasons, swimwear should be tried on over underwear.
  • The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to our warehouse are at clients’ own expense.
  • A full refund of the items will be issued within 5 business days after receiving the original items.
  • Pre-Order items are Refundable. 
  • Sale items are non-refundable. Store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases. (valid for 12 months)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • B THE BEACH BRAND is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
  • We do not accept returns on shipments in which the customer has not accepted payment of customs fees in their country of residence.


     

    Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition.

    If the return exceeds our 15-day policy, we unfortunately, will not be able to process your return and your order will be shipped back to you at an additional charge.


REFUNDS INFORMATION

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order, within 5-10 days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account – refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.


INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return,  we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.


NATIONAL EXCHANGES

We offer the possibility of requesting an exchange only to National Orders (Spain Peninsula).

  • 1 free exchange is accepted per order.
  • B THE BEACH BRAND will bear the shipping costs to get you the new pieces.
  • The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to our warehouse are at clients’ own expense.
  • Changes are subject to the availability of stock of the item, size and desired colour. If the item is not available, we will offer a refund of its amount.

RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS

The process to make an exchange or return is very simple.

Send us an e-mail to returns@bthebeachbrand.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reasons for the return or exchange.
  • In case of requesting an exchange include a new size, colour, model.

You will receive an email with all the details to send the original items back to us.


IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM

We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have, we understand this is really disappointing. So we can best assist you following the steps below:

  • Send us an e-mail to returns@bthebeachbrand.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged area within 5 days of delivery.
  • We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
  • B THE BEACH BRAND will bear the shipping and return costs. We will evaluate the fault upon the return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace it. If the item is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.
  • Items damaged as a result of improper care of the garment or wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects.
