RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and want you to be completely happy with your new B| THE BEACH BRAND pieces.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return items up to 15 days of delivery. You have 15 days from the day you receive your order to ship it back to us for a refund. In order to initiate a return please write us at returns@bthebeachbrand.com. Our Customer Care Team will get in touch with you to proceed.

We offer the possibility of request an exchange only to National Orders (Spain Peninsula).

EXCHANGES

NATIONAL
(Spain Peninsula)

  • 1 free  exchange is accepted per order.
  • B | THE BEACH BRAND will bear the shipping costs to get you the new pieces.
  • The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to our warehouse are at clients own expense.
  • Changes are subject to availability of stock of the item, size and desired color. If the item is not available, we will offer a refund of its amount.

INTERNATIONAL
(includes Canary and Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. )

Unfortunately we cannot assume the shipping costs for exchanges for international orders or for the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. If you wish to exchange your order, please make a return and place a new order.

RETURN POLICY

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You can return your items  within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to our warehouse are at clients own expense.
  • A full refund of the items will be issued within 5 business days after receiving the original items.
  • To be eligible for a return,  your items must be in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged,  in the original packaging with labels and hygienic label in place. For hygienic and sanitary reasons, swimwear should be tried on over underwear. 
  • The “Archive Sale” discounted items are final sale, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • B| THE BEACH BRAND is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
  • We do not accept returns on shipments in which the customer has not accepted payment of customs fees in their country of residence.

REFUNDS INFORMATION

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order, within 5 days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account – refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.


RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS

The process to make an exchange or return is very simple.

Send us an e-mail to returns@bthebeachbrand.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reasons of  the return or exchange.
  • In case of requesting an exchange include new size, colour, model.

You will receive an email with all the details to send the original items back to us.


IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM

All of our items go through a very rigorous quality control before being packaged and shipped. In case you receive a  damaged item, please follow these instructions:

  • Send us an e-mail to returns@bthebeachbrand.com with your order number and a picture of the damage area within 5 days of delivery.
  • We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
  • B | THE BEACH BRAND will bear the shipping and return costs. We will evaluate the fault upon the return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.
  • Items damaged as a result of improper care of the garment or wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects.
