We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and want you to be completely happy with your new B| THE BEACH BRAND pieces.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it can be easily returned.

 

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
(Spain)

Exchange:

  • The shipping cost to send back the items you would like to exchange will be covered by the customer.
  • B| THE BEACH BRAND will cover the shipping cost to send the new sizes/model/colour to you. (Spain Peninsula only – except Canary Island, Balearic Island, Ceuta and Melilla).
  • Only one free shipment per order.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability, size and colour. If the item is not available, we will issue a full refund of the item.
  • Archive Sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns:

  • The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to B| THE BEACH BRAND are at your own expense.
  • A full refund of the items will be issued within 2-5 business days after receiving the original items.
  • Any return/exchange will only be accepted when the item is in perfect conditions with its original packaging.

When returning or exchanging your item, please note:

  • All pieces must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • All pieces must be returned with tags attached and hygienic liners in place. Unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. Please only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • B| THE BEACH BRAND is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately due to high shipping costs, we are not able to cover the shipping costs for exchanges. B| THE BEACH BRAND accepts refund requests only for international orders. If you wish to exchange your order, please make a return and place a new order.

Returns:

  • The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to B| THE BEACH BRAND are at your own expense.
  • A full refund of the items will be issued within 2-5 business days after receiving the original items.
  • Any return/exchange will only be accepted when the item is in perfect conditions with its original packaging.

When returning or exchanging your item, please note:

  • Outbound exchange item shipping is charged to the customer.
  • We are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • We can not accept returns or exchanges on International orders that have not been accepted by customers due to not wanting to pay the tax fees in their country of residence.

The process to make a return/exchange is very simple.

Follow the steps below:

    1. Send us an email at orders@bthebeachbrand.com with:
      – Order number
      – Explaining the reasons for the return/exchange
      – If exchange: what size you would like to have sent back
  1. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with details of how to send your item/s back to us.
  2. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition and send them with the original packaging
  3. Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the e-mail. (We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.)
  4. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and send you an email confirmation.

IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM

All our products we send out are quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can start the return process.

  • Send us an email at orders@bthebeachbrand.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 3 days of delivery.
  • We will contact you as soon as possible.
  • You will be compensated for postage on all faulty return circumstances. We will assess the fault upon the return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.
  • Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.
